In vivo cyproterone acetate conversion in shake flasks, using 2-hydroxypropyl- β -cyclodextrin and DMSO for substrate solubilization. The reactions were carried out with resting cells, in 100 mM potassium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) at 30°C, 150 rpm. The substrate was pre-dissolved either in a 45% CD solution mixed overnight (△) or in DMSO (□) with a final concentration of 1 mM.
