Qualitative analysis of extracellular Nb_An46 expressed by Sod _pFliCpelBNb46 fliC in vitro . The extracellular expression of Nb_An46 was analyzed by immunoblotting of the medium supernatant using an anti-His antibody (1:1000 Serotec) for detection. Presented data are representative for at least three independent experiments. The PageRuler 10–170 kDa prestained protein ladder (Fermentas) was used as a molecular size marker (MM).
