  1. The recombinant antibodies were cloned in vectors that promote either periplasmic (per) or cytoplasmic (cyt) accumulation and folding, expressed in bacteria, and finally purified by metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) followed by gel filtration (Size Exclusion Chomatography - SEC). The yields are expressed in mg/L of culture and indicate the range obtained in at least three independent purification procedures.
