Shake flask culture experiments were carried out in the SC-URA medium containing 50 g/L glucose; (B) Transcriptional levels of genes pyc, mdh, fumr and frd at 48h in the Io−ura3−+−ura3 and Io−ura3−+−SA strains. Shake flask culture experiments were carried out in the SC-URA medium containing 50 g/L glucose and 25.52 g/L calcium carbonate.
