ELP-intein-mediated purification of ELP-intein-tagged (A) β-gal and (B) OPH-S5, produced in RosettaTM(DE3) fed batch fermentation. Non-chromatographic purification of target proteins based on the selective precipitation of the ELP tag, using two rounds of inverse transition cycling.
