Cellular localization of NucA-CipA frag scaffolds expressed by L. lactis with or without M6 cwa . NucA activity was detected by spotting cell fractions on TBD-agar and analyzing for pink color formation. Fractions analyzed are supernatant (sup), cell wall (cw), and cytoplasm (cyt). Constructs are represented by their respective CipAfrag components and were expressed as fusions with NucA with or without cell wall anchor (cwa) domains.
