  1. The ability of four fungal strains, Trametes versicolor (TV7), Fomes fomentarius (FF25), Abortiporus biennis (AB123), and Cerrena unicolor (CU139), to transform seventeen precursors into coloured products was tested using agar-plate methods during 14 days of cultivation.
