Hydrolysis products when using mannobiose (M2), mannotriose (M3), mannotetraose (M4), mannopentaose (M5) and mannohexaose (M6) as substrates are shown. Std: a standard mixture of M1 - M6; 2 min, 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 30 min, 60 min, 12 h are the reaction products after incubation at 2, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 min, and 12 h respectively; SB: substrate blank.
