Black lines correspond to the gene fragments obtained during the sequencing of strain GA1, while grey lines indicate flanking regions amplified by PCR on strain GA1 genomic DNA with primer pairs described in Table 1. The values in parentheses give the percentage of the gene cluster determined in strain GA1.
