  1. - Kinetic parameters were determined from initial PHA polymerase activities which were determined spectrophotometrically (A412) by following the release of CoA using DTNB.
  2. - PHA granules were isolated from P. putida GPo1 after 16 hours of growth.
  3. - Values are the average of 4 determinations.
