Residual methanol concentrations are shown in g/L for cultures grown under standard conditions (30°C, pH6, 30% DO) with 40 g/L glycerol and the indicated induction regimes. The symbols used in Figure 7 are also shown in each case for ease of comparison between Figure 7 and Figure 8. The theoretical maximum methanol concentration (if none had been metabolised; 'max') is presented for comparison.
