From: Bioreactor mixing efficiency modulates the activity of a prpoS::GFP reporter gene in E. coli
evolution of the flow cytometry profile (prpoS::GFPmut2 strain) for a fraction of cells collected at the level of a partitioned reactor (Q recirc = 18 L/h) and put in fresh medium. The culture has been performed in shake flask in the same medium used for the culture performed in bioreactor. From top to bottom, the figure depicts the evolution of the flow cytometry profile at different time of the culture.
