Functional expression of the A 2A R constructs over time. Radioligand binding analysis of both the WT A2AR (filled triangles) and V334 A2A R (filled circles) receptors expressed in flask (A) and bioreactor (B) cultures. Membranes prepared from cells harvested at the different time points were assessed using radioligand binding assay using [3H] ZM241385. Induction of the cultures was initiated by addition of methanol at time 0 hours. Data shown are representative of at least n = 2 experiments for each condition.
