One of two parallel cultures of each strain was induced at time point 0 min. All lanes were loaded with equivalent amounts of total protein based on the OD600 of the culture. Samples of the induced cultures are marked with an asterisk. Only RNaseE bands are shown. B) Percentage of the reduction of the protein level calculated from the quantitative analysis of the RNaseE bands from the Western blots. The RNaseE level of the non-induced cultures was set to 100% (dashed line). Only results for induced cultures are shown.
