A) ClipA5 aggregation estimated by β-galactosidase activity following protein expression from pBADM11 and pTrcHis2 vectors and cells incubated at different temperatures. The results are the average of three independent measurements. B) The accumulation of ClipA5 in the pellet recovered from bacteria co-transformed with pTrcHis2 and Ibp AB-β-galactosidase and cultured at different temperatures was identified by SDS-PAGE, whilst β-galactosidase precipitates were detected by western blot.
