The proteins were pre-stained with Cy3 before separation. As it is evident, slight and moderate streaking and trains of spots were formed in the proteome pattern of cells kept at 4 and 35°C. The density of high molecular weight proteins at the basic side of the gel decreased at 35°C. The selected sections (white and black rectangles) show clearly the differences between the patterns of proteins.Back to article page
