Efficiency of LTB adsorption on wild type and mutant spores. Upon adsorption with 2.0 μg of purified LTB the reaction mixture was fractionated by centrifugation. Supernatant (A) and pellet (B) fractions were serially diluted and analyzed by dot blot. Serial dilutions of purified LTB were used as a standard. Immuno-reactions in A and B were performed with anti-LTB antibody [11] and anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated with the horseradish peroxidase.
