The effect of dissolved oxygen on ethylene productivity in S. cerevisiae expressing the pYX212-EFE construct. Continuous cultivation performed at dilution rate 0.1 h-1 in defined media with 10 g glucose L-1. The dissolved oxygen was step-wise decreased then stepwise increased. 100% pO2 is equal to the amount dissolved oxygen in air saturated water at 30ËšC.
