Relative metabolite amounts are calculates by the integral of the m/z signal of each metabolite related to the m/z internal of the internal standard Br-ATP, gained by glass bead (x-axis) cell disruption compared to freeze/thaw cycle (y-axis) cell disruption. Both axes are log10 scaled.
