The deduced molecular mass of putative OCD from Corynebacterium glutamicum in JJ002 is 41 kDa (open arrow) and OCD from Pseudomonas putida in JJ003 and JJ004 is 38 kDa (filled arrow). The units of the protein standard are in kDa. Crude extracts were prepared from cells grown in BHI with 1 mM IPTG and 25 μg/mL kanamycin.
