Expression of His 6 -NS3 [A] and NS5A-T-His 6 [B] in E. coli strain BL21(DE3) and isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactoside (IPTG). ‘I’ and ‘S’ represent insoluble (inclusion body) and soluble fraction of lysate obtained from cultures harbouring pET11a- His6-NS3 [A] or pET11a- NS5A-T-His6[B] induced with indicated concentration of IPTG. The arrows indicate the mobility of monomeric His6-NS3 [A] and NS5A-T-His6[B]. The lane on the left shows marker proteins of known molecular mass.
