Green spots = DiOC6 positive cells showing high membrane polarization; Light blue spots= DiOC6 and PI negative showing cells in latency; Dark blue spots = DiOC6 positive and PI positive showing cells starting to loose membrane polarization and to acquire PI; Red spots = PI positive showing dead cells.
