Comparative in silico analysis of the genomic loci of B. bifidum S17, NCIMB41171, PRL2010 and MIMBb75 encoding bopA and adjacent genes by BLAST analysis. Open reading frames (ORFs) are indicated as arrows sized proportional to the length of the genes (length in basepairs is indicated in the scale). Identities of the deduced amino acid sequences compared to the B. bifidum S17 protein are indicated in percent. For B. bifidum MIMBb75 no sequence information is available for the regions upstream of oppD and downstream of pepC.
