Anti-biofilm activity is concentration-dependent. Stationary cells of E. coli PHL628 (A) or P. fluorescens (B) were incubated along with the SP1 supernatant at different concentrations in 96-well microtiter plate. The plate was incubated at 30°C for 36 h, followed by crystal violet staining and spectrophotometric absorbance measurements (OD570). The ratio of biofilm absorbance/planktonic absorbance was calculated, and this value was used to calculate the "biofilm formation" on the y axis. × axis represents the concentration of supernatant used in the wells. Bars represent means ± standard errors for six replicates.
