Values are means for at least two 2L cultivations. 100 fungal particles or more were analyzed. Pictures were made after 48 hours of cultivation with a magnification 32 ×. Automatic image analysis was conducted with ImageJ 1.44 m. Beyond 1.8 osmol kg-1 fungal growth was perfectly mycelial, therefore macroscopic morphologic analysis conducted up to that value only.
