  1. a Concentration in the stock solution. 2 ml/l stock solution were added to SM4 medium
  2. b For SM3 medium, the vitamin solution is composed of 1 mg/l pantothenic acid, 1 mg/l nicotinic acid, 25 mg/l myo-inositol, 1 mg/l thiamin and 1 mg/l pyridoxol hydrochloride, 0.2 mg/l p-amino benzoic acid and 0.05 mg/l biotin. 1.5 ml of this solution were added to 1l of SM3 medium.
