Effect of different growth temperature induction schemes on plasmid production. Temperature inductions were performed at 8 h post inoculation. Cells were cultured in 250 ml PDM medium using 500 mL shake flasks at 200 rpm, initial temperature of 37°C and halted after 15 h. Each data point represents an average of five replicates (n = 5).
